STRENGTH: CORE

5 Max sets of Static Crunch Hold
Put feet under or around soemthing, lower to halfway and hold

rest 1:1

 

METCON:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Power Snatch
Toes to bar
* Light weight Do reps on each arm
*Situps double reps

CORE:

Max time, there are only 4 sets so be sure to put a maximum effort into each!

METCON:

Power Snatches and TTB, The reps get smaller pretty quick so make sure to go nice and hard!

If you have a light weight for the Snatches, or scale the Toes to Bar double the reps!

Gear needed:

Barbell

Light Dumbell/kettlebell or similar
