METCON:

5 rounds

20 Single Arm Front Rack Lunges

20 sit ups

20 Single Arm Thrusters

200m run

Todays Workout is a medium length workout.

Advanced athletes looking to go unbroken on all sets with less experienced athletes, able to consider breaking up sets.

On single arm movements, break up sets anyway you like.

Gear needed: Light Dumbell/kettlebell or similar
