Everytime you break (after max set on right and left arm) perform 10 Air squats and 20 Flutter kicks
Todays Metcon could be deceiving…..Don’t go out too hot, but once you finish the sets of 9, you will have a great idea of how hard to push to finish it all as fast as you can!
