STRENGTH: Lower Body

30 Seconds Max Cossack Squats
30 Seconds Rest


5 Burpees
8m Overhead Walking Lunge
8m Handstand Walk/Bear Crawl

Cossack Squats:

Only go as deep as you can whilst keeping these key points of performance:

Squat foot flat

Chest up tall

Leg out straight

You can use something to help you balance, use minimally


As for the workout today, it will be a balancing act of working hard and watching the heart rate on the lunges and handstand walks! Go too hard and you may fail some reps, go as hard as you can whilst maintaining great form!
