150 Flutter Kicks Accumulate

2:00 In any plank position (Front elbow or hand, Either Side elbow or hand or reverse plank)

 

Metcon:

Run 400m

20 STOH

400m Run

15 STOH

400m Run

10 STOH

400m Run

5 STOH

*STOH each arm

CORE:

Partition Reps anyway you like and in any order!

Metcon:

Unless you like it and do it on your own time, this is the most running in an Online workout yet!

Pace the Running Smart, but luckily its all upper body on the weights!

STOH = Shoulder To Over Head

i.e. use whatever technique you like to press your weight overhead.

You need to perform the reps on each arm but can swap anytime to rest a little.

choose a Pressing technique based on the weight you have:

Strict press if your weight is very light,

Jerk if your weight is heavy,

and Push Press if your weight is somewhere in between!
