WOD – Tuesday 7th April

5 rounds – 20 Minute Cap

40 alternating reverse lunges (back)
20 burpees
10 V-Ups

5 Rounds of todays workout!

We think you should be able to smash through it but dont get too cocky too soon!…

Pump out the Peverse Lunges and the V-Ups,  but just be careful on the burpees, I am not saying go slow, but go at a pace where you can continuously move!  I don’t want you burning out on the early rounds!..

V-ups: Scale down with Tuck Ups or Situps

Lunges: Scale down by putting something soft under your knee like a pillow or Ab-Mat,

Scale up by adding weight to the lunges!!!
