WOD – Thursday 14th May

Warm Up:

3 Rounds of:

  • 20 Seconds Run on Spot
  • 10 Scorpions
  • 3 Inch Worms

STRENGTH: CORE

3 Sets
15/15 Side Lying V-up
15 Glute Frog Pumps
0:30 each side Birddog Hold

 

METCON:

20 Minute AMRAP
20 Bodyweigh Floor wipers
20 Jumping Lunges
20 situps
20 Jump Squats

Gear Needed:

Optional: Ab-Mat

A lot of time being spent on our midline today (Core).
Lets move quickly on our Jumping Lunges and squats, but take the appropriate time on the floor wipers and setups to ensure a stable midline and control through those movements!
