Warmup:

Lacrose ball/tennis Ball/Foam Roller, Traps and Back, Calves and Glutes

5 Minutes:

  • 20 Hops
  • 10 tempo Air Squats
  • 10 Kang Squats

STRENGTH: Lower Body

10:00 alternating EMOM
Minute 1: 16 Pistol Squats
Minute 2: 16 Goodmornings

METCON:

16 Minute Alternating EMOM
Minute 1: 15 Kettlebell Swings + 15 AirSquats
Minute 2: 10 Burpee over KettleBell
