Accumulate a 10 min. plank hold
Every time you break complete:
10 Alternating Single Leg Squats
WHAT???? A 10 Minute Plank?….
Yes its scary but this will end up being a little bit of a multi round workout!
You want to accumulate a total of a 10 minute plank, you can break it into as long or short sets as you want, but you might want to go as long as you can each time, just to get it finished, but also because every time you drop from the plank, you will need to complete 10 Single Leg Squats and 10 Pushups as a penalty!
