STRENGTH: Lower Body

EMOM 10

5 Seated Jumps for max Height

 

METCON:

EMOM Until Failure (20 Minute Max)

6 Bar Facing Burpees

6 Power Snatch*

6 Toes to Bar

Hey Team Welcome to Monays Training!

 

Strength:

Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes, Perform 5 Vertical Jumps, from a seated position.

Reset between each jump, aim for maximum Height every rep, Soft landings, rest whatever time is left before the next minute!

 

Metcon:

Every Minute until Failure….But continuous, once you fail a minute i.e. don’t get all the reps done, go into the next minute, with one less rep e.g. fail the 6 toes to bar, go into the next minute doing 5 reps of each, continue that method the whole way through, even if you are doing 1 0r 2 reps of each, in each minute.
