Left Arm High Pull

Right Arm High Pull

Left Arm Strict Press

Right Arm Strict Press

METCON:

12 Minutes Tabata Format 20 On/ 10 Off For Max Reps
Change Movement each Working Set

Weighted Box Step Ups
V-Ups
Goblet Squats

Alternate Movements every 20s working set, we are aiming for maximum reps so we want you to work as hard as you can, remember, Tabata format gives you a 30% rest so go hard and then rest in each set!
