WOD – Friday 3rd April
30 Calf raises each direction:
Toes Straight, Toes Pointed out, Toes pointed in
3 Position Hip Opening Stretches: 3×10 Seconds on each position on each side
5 Weighted Squats
Todays workout will be for 15 Minutes, so try to go hard the whole way!
Weight your squats with anything you can find at home! weights, backpack, log….anything!
If you don’t have a skipping rope at home replace those with plate hops.
