50 Lateral jumpsquats

15 Inchworms

50 Lateral Jump squats

20 Inchwornms

50 Lateral jumpsquats

25 Inchwornms

50 Lateral jumpsquats

A couplet of Inchworms and Lateral Squat Jumps!

Reps on the Inchworms go up by 5 each set and the squat jumps stay the same!

Go hard but manage the leg burn the best you can!
