Get ready for a strength piece centred around the glutes and making those bad boys big and round.

Then we’ll roll into a spicy little AMRAP that will work every part of your body and get the heart pumping in no time at all.  hold on and keep moving for 9 minutes is the goal here.  ENJOY!
