Boulder shoulders

Tabata 6 Mins

  1. Bear Crawls Forward (5 Step) Bear Crawls Backward (5 Steps)
  2. Plank KB Pull throughs
  3. Pike Shoulder taps


For time: 

100 jumping jacks

75 air squats

50 push ups

25 burpees

Form and proper movement mechanics is the priority in our shoulder pump session today.  We want to keep the shoulder safe while we build strength and super stability.

Balls to the wall fast.  That’s how fast we want to go through this little chipper.  Dont stop and wait for your heart rate to return, it’ll be gone for the whole WOD if you’re doing this one right.
