We pride ourselves on not only providing world class fitness training, but also in creating a supportive and motivating environment. A family. Our professionally trained and expert coaches actively coach each class that you attend. Personal coaching like this would normally cost a fortune in traditional gyms, but here at CrossFit Confront, the coaching session is included in all our memberships.

Our program uses functional movements that your body is naturally designed to do, combining elements of cardio, gymnastics, weightlifting, cycling, rowing, and more to improve your overall fitness in a balanced way.

Jason Erbacher


For Over a decade Jason has been bringing CrossFit to Toowoomba’s community on a mission to improve lives and see people thrive. He takes pride in offering Toowoombas best team of CrossFit Coaches within CrossFit Confront.

Zachary Kaddatz

Head Coach

Zach is fuelled by pure passion and as the Head Coach at CrossFit Confront oversees the delivery of all of our programs. His mission is to see you achieve your best results inside and outside of the gym.

Peggy is super talented and skilled at delivering CrossFit to our Kids, Teens and Masters classes. She is full of compassion and understanding and will help guide anyone to a better lifestyle improved by Health and Fitness.

Thomas Campbell


Tom is the resident Exercise Science geek and has a passion for the finer details and theory behind the CrossFit Program. His knowledge and coaching skills will assist you in achieving maximal results which will last a lifetime.

Jason Gibbs


Gibbo is not only one of CrossFit Confronts founding members but also holds a deep passion for the mental side of the CrossFit lifestyle. Gibbo has experienced every feeling there is to have when starting out at CrossFit and is on hand to share those experiences.

Clare is the happiest and probably the friendliest Coach we have. She has big goals for herself and takes pleasure in helping others achieve theirs. She’s also great at making sure you have a hell of a fun time while you do it. Clare is also the president of the CrossFit Confront Run Club.
