CrossFit

Thousands of people around the world have discovered the addictive power of CrossFit! Get your body moving the way it is supposed to move and be ready for whatever life throws at you! CrossFitters get fit, lose weight, tone up and GET STRONG! Every class offers a new challenge in a friendly and fun environment.

CrossFit classes are run weekdays at 5:30am, 6:30am, 9:15am, 4:30pm and 5:30pm. We also have a 7:30am Saturday morning class and open gym times throughout the week.

CrossFit Masters

Regain your independence, reclaim mobility, and fight off decrepitude with our amazing Masters classes.  These classes are designed to cater for the person with a desire for the same  kind of functional fitness that CrossFit offers, albeit to a lower degree.

CrossFit Masters classes are run Monday, Tuesday and Fridays at 8:00am.

CrossFit Kids

Ideal for future legends, Kids classes focus on building fitness without putting too much pressure on growing limbs and joints. These classes are a lot more fun than school, we make it our mission to provide so much fun, Kids don’t even realise they are working out.

CrossFit Kids classes are run Tuesday & Thursdays at 4:00pm.

CrossFit Teens

Our Teens are in a vital phase in their development into adults.  We begin to integrate more advanced movements, Weights and Gymnastic skills into out teen program.  We also find the Peer support and encouragement that we cultivate in our classes extremely important in empowering our teens to achieve their best and embrace their own capabilities.

CrossFit Teen classes are run Monday – Wednesday at 4:30pm.

The Strong Life mentoring

The Strong Life is a Mentor led, group-based program that fuses Mentoring with Strength and Conditioning. Our program is designed for all Teens and Pre-Teens with a strong emphasis on catering to teens who are Autistic/ADHD.

The Strong Life program is run Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm.

Personal Training

Access a one-on-one session or organise personal training for you and one or two close friends. This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or for experienced gym-goers to take their fitness to the next level.
