Fun, friendly fitness for 6-9 Year olds
Ideal for future legends, Kids classes focus on building fitness without putting too much pressure on growing limbs. These classes are a lot more fun than school, we make it our mission to provide so much fun, Kids don’t even realise they are working out.
We maintain our focus on FUN in our Pre-teens classes whilst slowly exposing them to new movement patterns and skills. Day to day life, sports and the playground will be a breeze when mixed with their CrossFit training.
Our Teens are in a vital phase in their development into adults. We begin to integrate more advanced movements, Weights and Gymnastic skills into out teen program. We also find the Peer support and encouragement that we cultivate in our classes extremely important in empowering our teens to achieve their best and embrace their own capabilities.
